We have taken our own smoked bacon and created a spreadable, sweet smoky bacon jam. Perfect for burgers, sandwiches or even toast! Try a little dollop on the side of your plate and you soon won’t be reaching for the ketchup anymore!

Smoked Chorizo Jam

Chorizo? In a Jam? Oh yes!!!! We have taken the classic Spanish chorizo and transformed it into a sweet sticky jam. Let me tell you once you’ve had this on pizza you wont look back! This is a tasty relish, so use like a chutney with cheese or in a sandwich, or jazz up pizzas, burgers and chicken dishes. You can even mix with yoghurt or mayo and use it as a dip.
