Shipping policy

We will ship your purchase to you as soon as possible, using APC/DHL couriers overnight delivery - sending on Monday-Thursday inclusive. We are able to dispatch on a Friday for Saturday delivery, but this is at the risk of the buyer as the couriers will not attempt to re-deliver until the next available working day (Monday).

Perishable goods are packaged with wool and ice packs which will keep items cold for at least 48 hours to maintain freshness. If your parcel is late do not refuse it as this will invalidate your ability to receive a refund or replacement.

Please ensure that there is a safe place for your parcel to be left - we will instruct the couriers to leave the parcel if they cannot contact you at your property as they will not be able to attempt another delivery the same day.
