Delivery

Please note the following T&C's before placing an order. Also note that the couriers do not refund us for lost/missed/damaged deliveries, therefore we do kindly ask our customers to take some responsibility for the precious goods that you have ordered.

Orders are sent via overnight courier for next day delivery. At peak times delivery may take up to 48 hours once dispatched.

Please note that our packaging will keep the contents of the parcels cold for 48 hours.

Do not refuse a parcel otherwise this may affect your right to a replacement or refund.

You will receive a notification from the couriers via text and/or email to advise when your parcel will be delivered - if the parcel is not delivered on time it is the responsibility of the buyer to contact the courier to chase up, but we would like to be notified also so that we can help with this. If customers do not tell us about missed deliveries we reserve the right not to replace/refund an order.

Couriers are instructed to LEAVE parcels - they cannot wait long for someone to answer the door. Once a parcel is left it becomes the responsibility of the customer to retrieve it.

If you book a holiday/won't be at home after placing an order, it is the responsibility of the customer to tell us that you cannot receive the parcel - we will not replace/refund orders that have perished becuase you haven't advised us that you will be away.

Any issues or errors with deliveries must be reported to us by EMAIL to oldhallfm@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
