Herdwick Mutton Box (Limited Edition)

We have four boxes of 100% Pasture fed, hormone and antibiotic free mutton available from our Herdwick sheep. The selection will include: mixed joints, chops and mince and will have no other ingredients added.

5kg in total to include roasting joints, chops, and mince.

Sold fresh from Wednesday 13th May or sold frozen thereafter. 

Similar to other primitive breeds, Herdwicks are slow to mature. This allows the flavour of the meat to develop further and they are often finished as hogget (meat from lambs over 1 year of age) or mutton (from sheep over 2 years old).
