East Anglia’s first ghee is made BY US on farm. We lovingly slow cook our 100% pasture fed unsalted, LACTIC cultured Jersey butter to make the most delicious and luscious Ghee you could wish for. The cream for our butter and ghee is made by us from our NATIVE Jersey cows who are allowed to keep their calves for up to 12 months.
