The UK’s best butter both from an ethical, and taste perspective. We make our butter with the cream from our own Jersey cows - a NATIVE breed of the British Isles. The cream is NOT cultured - it is cooled, then churned and shaped into 200g bars of delicious butter.
As the butter is not cultured, it is sold frozen due to a shorter shelf life of two weeks. The butter is frozen on the day it is made and will have a 2 week shelf life on it i.e. 13 days from arrival with you at home. The butter will keep for 12 months at stable temperatures in the freezer.
There is no other butter like ours - 100% pasture fed, beyond organic, and the only butter made at a dairy that allows it’s cows to keep their calves at foot.
