This fabulous Jersey milk comes from the A2/A2 Jersey goddesses at our dairy, who get to keep their calves at foot and dine on lush herby grass and home produced forage. We genetically test our cows via a hair sample, so that we know which of them carries the A2 gene - we then milk these cows first so that we can guarantee that our A2 milk is 100% A2!
