We are currently experiencing a delay in fulfilling orders, due to a shortage of milk while we wait for some of our cows to calve.
Rest assured, we are working hard to get orders out as quickly as possible but without compromising on our ethos and standards.
By choosing to purchase from us you are supporting a small, ethical dairy rather than a mega dairy which we hope is important to you and makes the milk worth the wait. Please note we are NOT using methane reducing additives, as cows are not the problem – they are a SOLUTION to climate change
This fabulous Jersey milk comes from the A2/A2 Jersey goddesses at our dairy, who get to keep their calves at foot and dine on lush herby grass and home produced forage. We genetically test our cows via a hair sample, so that we know which of them carries the A2 gene - we then milk these cows first so that we can guarantee that our A2 milk is 100% A2!
